➜ Bila sudah tiada lagi letupan dalam kuali, alihkan tudung kuali dan kacau cili supaya masak rata.<br />
➜ Bila semua cili dah layu, angkat dan ke tepikan. (Ada petua supaya dipatahkan sikit cili tu sebelum digoreng supaya tidak meletop tapi saya kadang-kadang tu malas. Tutup ajelah kuali tu dengan tudung periuk.<br />
➜ Masukkan cili goreng tadi ke dalam lesung dan tumbuk hingga lumat.<br />
➜ Masukkan cili tumbuk ke dalam mangkuk dan curahkan kicap manis. Kacau rata.<br />

Ketepikan.<br />➜ Pukul telur sehingga kembang dan gebu.<br />➜ Kemudian masukkan tepung yang d ayak bersama baking powder tadi, air, esen vanilla dan gula. Ketepikan.<br />➜ Goreng bawang merah menjadi bawang goreng.. Angkat dan ketepikan.<br />➜ Tinggalkan sedikit minyak dan masukkan halia, bawang putih dan 2 tangkai daun kari.. Tumis hingga terbit aromanya.<br />➜ Kemudian masukkan cili kering dan goreng lagi sehingga cili kering bertukar warna.<br />➜ Selepas itu masukkan bahan-bahan sos dan sesuaikan rasa.<br />➜ Biarkan ianya mendidih seketika.<br />➜ Masukkan ayam goreng dan capsicum.
